摘要
目的:探讨人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:2018年4月-2020年4月收治老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用内固定手术方式治疗;观察组采用人工髋关节置换手术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、手术治疗相关指标及术后恢复情况、生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术相关指标及术后恢复情况、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者效果较好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of senile comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,72 elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation.The observation group was treated with artificial hip replacement.The therapeutic effect,surgical treatment related indexes,hip joint function score and quality of life score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation-related indexes,postoperative recovery and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial hip arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
