摘要
礼貌是人类社会的共有现象。礼貌不仅是伦理学的研究范畴,也是社会语言学和语用学的研究课题。中外语言学者提出各种礼貌原则以解释语言中的礼貌现象。本文试图比较各种礼貌原则,说明礼貌言语的表达方式,并对比分析中西文化的不同体现。
Politeness is a kind of common phenomenon in human being' s socity. Politeness is not only a reseach category of ethics, but also of sociolinguistics and pragmatics. Language scholars have put forward many politeness principles to explain politeness in a language. This thesis tries to contrast different politeness principles, to expound different expressive ways of polite discourses, and to analyse and contrast the differences between Chinese and English cultures.
