摘要
利用端羟基聚硅氧烷(DHPDMS)和环氧树脂E-44复合改性水性聚氨酯多元醇(HPUA),并与水性多异氰酸酯固化剂复配制备了一系列不同比例聚硅氧烷/环氧树脂复合改性的双组分水性聚氨酯涂膜(Si/E-2KWPU)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)表征HPUA与2KWPU涂膜的结构; TGA和接触角测试分别表征了涂膜的耐热性和表面疏水性能;同时也探讨了涂膜的力学性能和涂膜应用性能。结果表明,当聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂添加量分别为5%和6%时,Si/E-2KWPU涂膜的综合性能较佳,与未改性的涂膜相比,热失重5%的温度提高了21. 5℃,涂膜吸水率和表面水接触角分别为4. 4%和106°;涂膜在防腐蚀方面综合性能良好,具有潜在的应用价值。
A series of siloxane/epoxy resin modified two-component waterborne polyurethane( Si/E-2 KWPU) was synthesized by the reaction between siloxane/epoxy( DHPDMS/E-44) resin modified hydroxyl-functional polyurethane aqueous dispersion( HPUA) and the hydrophilic-modified polyisocyanate. The structure of HPUA and Si/E-2 KWPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared( FTIR) spectroscopy and1 H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(1 HNMR). Thermogravimetric analysis( TGA) and surface contact angle measurement were used to test thermal property and surface performances,respectively. The coatings’ mechanical behavior and application properties were studied. The results showed that the 2 KWPU film had better properties when the mass fraction of silicone and epoxy were 5% and 6%,respectively. Compared with unmodified film,the decomposition temperature of 5% mass loss increased by 21. 5 ℃. Water absorption rate and the contact angle were 4. 4% and 106°,respectively;the application performance of the coating on anti-corrosion was good.
