摘要
采用热重-傅里叶变换红外光谱联用技术研究了在N2气氛下乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的热稳定性及其分解失重情况;实验首先单独使用热重分析仪考察了EVA在不同升温速率下的失重情况;然后采用热-红联用技术对EVA失重过程中的逸出气体进行考察;由实验结果可以明显地看出,EVA的分解失重分为两个阶段,并且随着升温速率的增大EVA的起始失重温度有所增加;第一个失重阶段所放出的气体经傅里叶变换红外光谱扫描并与标准气相谱库中乙酸的标准红外谱图对照后确定为乙酸,第二个失重阶段是由于碳氢链段的分解而引起的;最后根据升温速率为5℃/min时EVA第一个失重阶段的失重率计算得出EVA样品中乙酸乙烯酯的含量为31.8%(w)。
The thermal stability and pyrolysis characteristics of EVA are investigated by TGA-FTIR under atˉmosphere of nitrogen.The weight loss of EVA at different heating rate and the evolved gas are investigated by TGA and TGA-FTIR respectively.The results show that there are two decomposition steps and the starting decompoˉsition temperature of the first step increases with the increasing heating rate.The evolved gas of the first decomˉposition step is identified as acetic acid by comparison of IR spectrum with standard spectral database.The second decomposition step is the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon chain.The content of vinyl acetate in EVA is31.8%(w)by calculating rate of weight loss in the first decomposition step.
