摘要
随着社区建设的迅速发展,社区公共物品高效、优质供给的重要性日益凸显出来。西方国家公共物品治理的多中心理论为分析我国社区公共物品的供给提供了新的思路。要解决目前我国社区公共物品的供给困境,需要进行城市杜区公共物品的供给体制创新和政府治理革新。
With the rapid development of community construction in China, the high-efficient and qualified public-goods supply of community becomes more and more important. Western’s polycentric Theory greatly opens our mind on analyzing our country’s community public-goods supplying system. To figure out the puzzled situation of our country’s community public-goods supplying system, it has far-reaching meaning for the innovation on the system of community’s public goods supplying and for the further governmental control and management on it in our urban area, which we must be work hard to pursue a perfect system in the future.
