摘要
高校名师应具有高层次的学历以及高深的理论功底,精湛的业务水平和扎实的科研能力,并能在相关专业及其领域成为德艺双馨的优秀人才。高校名师工程应把握好入选关,制定出名师培养计划,并通过理论深造、实务锻炼以及讲台艺术的提高等途径使其达到名师要求的水准。
Famous teachers in higher learning schools should have high-level education, great grounding in theory, exquisite professional skills, solid scientific research capacity. And they should also possess manpower with many skills of two professional skills and good moral in their profession and area. Famous teacher project in universities should select teachers strictly and workout famous teachers’ educational plans to attain the goal of famous teachers.
