摘要
高等学校正在兴起的新一轮教学改革应以求真务实为特征和要求,而求真务实要通过科学的发展观、正确的教学观、素质质量观和现代管理观来体现和落实。
A new round of teaching reforms arising in institutions of higher learning should be based on factualism, which can be realized only if we have scientific and correct ideas about development, teaching, quality and administration.
