摘要
桑树内生真菌中筛选出产α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的真菌,具有广阔的应用前景.文章从桑树根、茎、叶中分离得到10株内生真菌,利用体外酶活性测定方法筛选得两株具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制效果的菌株菌5和菌9.经菌落特征、显微镜观察和分子生物学鉴定,菌5和菌9为Aspergillus flavus(黄曲霉菌).
Screening ofα-glycosidase inhibitor from mulberry endophytic fungi has broad application prospects.Ten endophytic fungi strains were isolated from mulberry root,stem and leaf in this study.Two strains,i.e.,strain 5 and strain 9,containingα-glycosidase inhibition effect,were obtained by vitro enzyme activity determination method.The strain 5 and strain 9 were both identified as Aspergillus flavus through the colony characteristics observation,microscope observation and molecular biology identification.
