摘要
从大学生科技竞赛活动出发,对就业能力的内涵、当前大学生就业能力培养的现状,以及如何通过科技竞赛,提升大学生就业能力,提出了初步的分析与对策.
Starting from the undergraduates'competitions in science and technology,the paper gives an initial analysis of the connotation of job-hunting abilities,the current situation in cultivating the undergraduates'job-hunting abilities and how to enhance their abilities through competitions in science and technology.Some measures are presented.
