摘要
本文采用扎根理论对7名新生代农民工的访谈资料进行分析,建立新生代农民工城市融入进程中的动力结构。研究发现:(1)目标与现状之间的巨大落差是新生代农民工融入城市的原动力,这种落差及其所造成的压力体现了新生代农民工需要层次的提升,也推动其城市融入的进程。有必要关注新生代农民工的成长性需要,帮助其更好地融入城市。(2)在城市融入的过程中,新生代农民工所遇到的助力和阻力都来自内外两个方面,且助力大于阻力。主观能动性是新生代农民工最大的发展动力之一,可以通过激发他们自身的发展动力来促进其城市融入。(3)新生代农民工的心理状况并不太糟糕,他们需要的是有针对性的心理辅导而不是心理咨询和治疗。
Semi-structured interview was used to study seven new-generation migrant workers’(NMWs)experiences and feelings in the process of city integration through QQ(an online chat software),and analytical techniques of grounded theory was employed to explore the interview text.The whole analysis process involved 5 genera,14 subgenera,66 primary nodes and 309 reference points,and finally,the dynamical structure in their process of city integration was established.The results showed that:(1)the huge gap between the goal and the status quo was the impulsion for NMWs to integrate into the city.This gap and the pressure it caused reflected NMWs’higher hierarchy of needs than their predecessors,and also promoted the process of city integration.It is necessary to pay more attention to NMWs’growth needs,such as aesthetic needs and self-actualization.It can be helpful for their integration into the city.(2)In the process of city integration,NMWs encountered both internal and external help and resistance,and the help power is greater than the resistance.Subjective initiative was one of the greatest driving forces in their development,because they have so many good qualities such as optimism,self-confidence and tenacity.It can promote their city integration by inspiring their developmental motive power.(3)The mental health of NMWs was not too bad,and their psychological confusion was instable emotion and weak volition.Group psychological counseling and outward bound training may be more useful for them rather than psychological counseling and treatment.
