本文较详细地论述了数字图书馆的含义及特征、功能,针对我国数字图书馆建设中存在的一些问题提出了对策.
This article expounds the meaning, the charcter and the function of the digital library, then puts forward the ways to deal with the questions for the construction of the digital library in China.
