摘要
文章从阐述Web3.0的含义及特征出发,分析了传统意义上图书馆与用户的关系,并提出了Web3.0时代图书馆与用户关系的新变化。
This article discusses the meaning and characteristics of Web3. 0, analyzes the relationship between libraries and users in the traditional sense, then puts forward the reform of the relationship between the library and the users in the Web3.0 era.
