摘要
以玉米黄粉为原料,采用不同有机溶剂对其进行索氏浸提脱色,以罗维朋色度值和分光光度法为指标对有机溶剂脱色工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:丙酮浸提可有效脱色,料液比1∶10(g/L),浸提温度50℃,时间3 h,脱色率可达91.4%。两种检测方法结合,可减少采用单一检测方法造成的误差。
The decoloration of corn gluten meal was used as raw material, the objective was to study the effect on extraction of pigment by the solvent extraction processing with soxhlet extractor. The methods of detemination were used by spectrophotometry and Lovibond colorimetric. The maize yellow pigments were removed under the optimum conditions of acetone,the ratio of material to liquid of 1∶10 (g/L),time 3 h and temperature 50℃,the extraction rate of pigment was 91.4%.The results showed that the detemination mothods of spectrophotometry or Lovibond colorimetric was unique, the detemination results had large error.
