摘要
通过单因素实验,将用紫外分光光度计在355 nm处测定的提取液吸光度作为实验指标,确定超声波提取花生壳中黄色素的最佳条件为:以70%乙醇作提取溶剂、料液比为1 g∶9 mL、超声波频率为20 kHz、每次提取8 min、提取2次,色素粗品收率为4.3%。与加热回流法、浸泡法比较,超声波提取方法具有效率高、时间短、节省能源等优点。
Ultrasound wave was applied during the extraction of yell'ow pigment from peanut shell. The optimum processing conditions were as follow:the mass ratio of solid and solvent was 1: 9,the solvent was 70% ethanol solution,the peanut shell was extracted 8 min for twice. Less time,energy saved and high extraction efficiency could be obtained by this way as compared with normal methods.
