摘要
本文建立了一种Oasis Prime HLB固相萃取柱净化,用UPLC-MS/MS法测定猪肉中11种喹诺酮类兽药残留的方法。该方法的前处理仅需进行酸性乙腈溶液提取,直接通过Oasis Prime HLB固相萃取柱净化除去磷脂和非极性干扰物即可上机。结果表明:在5.0~500.0 ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r均大于0.99;加标回收率范围在77.7%~105.3%,相对标准偏差在20%以内。实验证明,该方法前处理较国标方法简单、快捷,可为畜肉类食品中喹诺酮类兽药残留的快速检测提供方法依据。
In this paper, a method of Oasis Prime HLB solid phase extraction column purification and UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of 11 quinolone veterinary drug residues in pork was established. The pretreatment of this method requires only acidic acetonitrile solution extraction and direct passage through Oasis Prime HLB solid phase extraction column and removes phospholipids and non-polar interferences, which can be put on the machine. The results shows that the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 5.0 ~ 500.0 ng/mL, r was greater than 0.99. The recoveries ranged from 77.7% to 105.3%, and the relative standard deviation was within 20%. The experiment proves that the pretreatment of this method is simpler and faster than the national standard method, and can provide a method basis for the rapid detection of quinolone veterinary drug residues in livestock meat.
