摘要
食品种类的多样化发展,传统的食品安全检测技术已然很难覆盖到全部食品。为此,食品安全检测部门开始尝试运用全新检测技术,并取得了较高的检测效果。本文主要对气相色谱技术在食品安全检测当中的应用进行了研究。
The diversification of food types, the traditional food safety testing technology is already difficult to cover all the food. To this end, the food safety testing department began to try to use the new detection technology, and achieved a high detection results. In this paper, the application of gas chromatography technology in food safety testing was studied.
