摘要
以西州密25号为试材,在网纹形成期和采收前5 d进行喷涂处理,通过测定果实贮藏期内生理生化指标的变化规律,研究CaCl_2处理对甜瓜果实贮藏性能的影响。结果表明:CaCl_2可以增强外果肉的果肉硬度;抑制PPO酶活性的转化。筛选出了CaCl_2喷涂的最佳浓度为8%,适宜喷涂时期为果实采收前5 d。
With Xizhoumi 25 as the test material, during the formation period and 5 days before harvest, finding the effect of CaCl_2 treatment on the storage performance of muskmelon was studied by measuring the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during the storage period. The results showed that CaCl_2 could enhance the hardness of pulp and inhibit the transformation of PPO enzyme activity. The optimum concentration of CaCl_2 spraying was 8%, and the optimum spraying time was about 5 days before harvest.
