摘要
现阶段,随着科学技术的快速发展和应用,食品安全问题越发严重,严重影响广大人民群众的生命财产安全,为了解决这一问题,我国食品安全检测领域中使用的技术也在不断发展和完善,以便于能够保障食品的质量安全和广大人民群众的生命财产安全。笔者依据实际工作经验,分析现阶段我国各项食品安全检测技术的发展情况,并探论未来我国食品安全检测技术的发展前景,希望能够促进我国食品安全检测行业的发展。
Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,the food safety problem is becoming more and more serious,serious impact on people's lives and property safety,in order to solve this problem,using the detection of food safety in China's technology is also in constant development and perfection,in order to ensure food quality and safety and the people the people's life and property safety. According to practical experience,analysis the development of China's food safety testing technology in the present stage,and discuss the prospect of food safety inspection technology in China in the future,hoping to promote the development of food safety testing industry in China.
