摘要
从市场经济的构成上来讲,食品行业是其中最基础的部分,但同时也是与民众健康联系最紧密的行业。但在当前,由于监管存在漏洞、法规不完善等情况,食品行业的发展秩序也受到了影响,其中最突出的问题就是食品安全得不到保障。基于此,立足食品安全对社会的影响,分析当前我国食品行业存在的问题,并据此提出几项完善食品检验标准的建议。
From a market economy perspective, the food industry is one of the most basic elements, but also the most closely with the public health related industries. But at present, because of regulatory loopholes and regulations are not perfect, the existence, development order of the food industry is also affected, of which the most prominent is that food security cannot be guaranteed. So based on the impact of food safety on society, this paper analyzed the problems existing in China's food industry, and putted forward some suggestions to improve the food inspection standards.
