摘要
作为食品工业发展的最基础部分,食品科学与工程技术的研究历史由来已久,其与很多门学科都有着极其密切的关联,如医学、工学、生物学、农学等。再者,食品因与人的健康有着直接关系,所以食品学科不仅对人们和社会有着巨大的影响力,而且在食品研究过程中还能不断创新知识,培养很多优秀的创新人才,促进国民经济的发展。基于此,对当前我国的食品科学与工程技术进行相关探究,并提出相关促进食品科学与工程技术发展的方法和措施。
As the most basic part of the food industry development, the research of food science and engineering technology has a long history, it has a very close relationship with many subjects, such as medicine, engineering, biology, agriculture and other disciplines. Furthermore, food discipline not only has great influence on people and the society, but also in the process of food research can continue innovation knowledge, cultivate many outstanding talents, promote the development of the national economy. Based on this, this paper made research on the current food science and engineering technology in China, and the methods and measures to promote the development of food science and engineering technology were putted forward.
