摘要
豆豉纤溶酶(Douchi Fibrinolytic Enzyme,DFE)是一种具有强烈纤溶活性的丝氨酸蛋白酶,来源于中国传统发酵食品——豆豉。它能直接降解血栓中的交联纤维蛋白,具有良好的溶栓作用。本文综述了DFE的理化特性和溶栓作用,为利用其制备口服溶栓制剂指明了方向。
Douchi fibrinolytic enzyme(DFE) is a strong fibrinolytic activity of the serine protease, which was derived from the chinese traditional fermented food——douchi. It can directly degrade crosslinked fibrin in thrombus, which shows great thrombolytic effects. The physical and chemical properties and the thrombolytic effect of DFE were reviewed in this paper, which pointed out the prospect of the DFE as oral thrombolytic agents.
