摘要
为了提高餐饮管理教学的教学效果,将体验式教学模式应用与餐饮管理教学当中,通过这种新颖的教学模式激发学生学习的兴趣与积极性是十分有效的。通过建立以学生为中心的教学课堂,有助于提高教学的效果,强化学生的实践能力。因此,在餐饮管理教学中应用体验式教学具有重大意义。
In order to improve the teaching effect of catering management teaching,applying the experience type teaching mode and catering management of teaching,through this novel teaching mode stimulates the student to study the interest and enthusiasm is very effective.Through the establishment of student-centered classroom teaching,help to improve the teaching effect,strengthen the practice ability of students.So,the application in food and beverage management teaching experience type teaching is of great significance.
