摘要
本文介绍了食品检测实验室的安全管理主要内容,分析了存在可能存在的各种危险源并评估风险等级,并提出了安全管理对策及建议,为食品检测实验室的安全有效开展工作提供参考。
In this paper,the main content of Food testing laboratory safety management ware introduced,the presence of the possible existence of some kinds of hazard sources were analyzed and the level of risk were assessed, and countermeasures and suggestions of safety management were put forward, which provide a reference for the effectively safety management of food testing laboratory.
