摘要
基于风险和机遇思维进行检测实验室人员管理分析,提出资格职权、培训、授权、能力监控及持续改进等人员管理关键环节进行分析,提出解决途径及具体对策的个人见解,促进预防和减少实验室检测活动中的不利影响和潜在的失败,提高人员检测工作质量和效率,把握机遇,实现实验室管理体系持续改进。
Key elements of personnel management,such as qualification,responsibility,authority,training,authorization,monitoring of competence and continuous improvement are analyzed.The solutions and concrete countermeasures are put forward to promote the prevention and reduction of undesired impacts and potential failures in laboratory testing activities,improve the quality and efficiency of personnel testing,seize the opportunities to continuous improvement of laboratory management system.
