摘要
食品安全问题是影响人们身体和生活质量的重要因素。当今社会,从解决吃的问题逐步向吃得营养、安全和健康转变。近几年,由于传媒产业迅速发展,曝光出来的食品安全问题越来越多,这也就意味着必须实施更严格的食品检验标准。如果未对食品取样、配制、食品样本的控制等过程进行严密的控制,即使检测过程再精确,仪器设备再精密,也会对检测的效果产生一定的影响。因此,本文对样品采集、储存过程中出现的问题进行了剖析,同时提出相关对策。
Food safety is an important factor affecting people’s health and quality of life. In today’s economic development, people pay more and more attention to health issues, and food safety is also increasingly valued. In today’s society, from solving the problem of eating to eat gradually nutrition, safety and health changes. In recent years, due to the rapid development of the media industry, more and more food safety problems have been exposed,which not only brings higher supervision demand to the society, but also means that higher food inspection must be implemented. If there is no strict control of food sampling, preparation, food sample control and other processes,even if the detection process is more precise, equipment is more precise, it will have a certain impact on the detection effect. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of sample collection and storage, and gives some suggestions.
