摘要
白酒主要成分是乙醇,属于易挥发性物质,露天不锈钢储酒罐每年酒损特别大,故研究储酒罐酒损的成因和机理很有必要。研究对不锈钢储酒罐进酒、贮存、出酒等工艺环节酒损点位进行了详细分析,发现运酒罐车卸酒残留、输酒泵、呼吸阀等工艺环节或过程存在酒损,其中呼吸阀的频繁动作是产生酒损的主要原因,并对呼吸阀产生酒损的机理、数量进行了分析和理论计算,为白酒行业在酒源贮存减少酒损的应对措施和酒库安全管理方面提供参考和借鉴。
Liquor is a volatile substance which is mainly composed of ethanol. The liquor stored in the open-air stainless is tremendously loss each year. It is urgent to investigate the causes and mechanism of liquor loss. The liquor loss point in the different processes included the packing, storage, output process, and so on. It find that the liquor may be lost by the unloading residual, delivery pumps, and valves. The pivotal factor of the liquor loss is the frequently operation of valves. Besides, the mechanism and quantity of liquor loss caused by the valves are further investigated by theoretically calculated. This work may be provided an effective scheme to reduce the loss of liquor and improve the safety of storage.
