摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌保乳手术联合巨乳缩小技术的临床效果及意义。方法自2016年10月至2018年12月,乳腺外科与乳房整形修复外科实施联合手术对11例单侧乳腺癌患者采用乳腺癌保乳术联合巨乳缩小术治疗,并对术后临床效果进行总结分析。结果 11例均采用单侧乳腺癌保乳术加双侧巨乳缩小术。其中1例行前哨淋巴结活检术,10例行腋窝淋巴结清扫术。中位随访时间13.1个月(2～26个月),随访期内无远处转移和局部复发,患者对术后效果较满意。结论对于单侧乳腺癌同时伴有巨乳症状的患者,通过保乳手术联合巨乳缩小术,不仅达到了切除肿瘤的目的,同时改善了巨乳症状带来的困扰,术后可获得较好的美容效果,亦提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and significance of breast-conserving surgery combined with reduction mammoplasty for breast cancer. Methods From October 2016 to December 2018, 11 patients with unilateral breast cancer and bilateral macromastia were treated by breast-conserving surgery combined with reduction mammoplasty. The postoperative clinical efficacy was summarized and analyzed. Results All patients underwent unilateral breast conserving surgery and bilateral reduction mammoplasty.Sentinel lymph node biopsy was performed in 1 patient. Axillary lymph node dissection was performed in 10 patients. The median follow-up duration was 13.1 months(from 2 to 26 months). No obvious complications occurred. There was no distant metastasis or local recurrence during the follow-up period. All patients were satisfied with the postoperative efficacy. Conclusion For patients with unilateral breast cancer and bilateral macromastia, breast-conserving surgery combined with immediate reduction mammoplasty not only achieves the goal of removal of the tumor, but also improves the difficulties caused by macromastia. It can achieve a good cosmetic effect and increase the quality of the patients’ lives.
