摘要
在高职院校"校企合作,工学结合"职教模式下,实训指导教师发挥着不同的角色职能,有效的提高了学生的专业技能水平及就业、创业能力。
Under the teaching mode of "school- enterprise cooperation,and work together with learning" in higher vocational colleges,practical- training mentors play different roles in guiding the students effectively improving the students’ professional skills and employment and entrepreneurial ability.
