摘要
随着计算机和互联网的广泛应用,办公自动化产生的大量电子文件急剧增加,这种新型的信息载体既给传统的科研档案管理带来了新的挑战,也给档案工作带来了一定的影响,本文从电子文件的特点、现状、归档及如何保护等方面进行阐述,最终提出目前的档案管理工作改革势在必行。
With the increasingly wide utilization of computer and internet,the electronic files produced by office automation,which are new kinds of information carrier,are largely increased.As a result,it not only adds to the challenge to the management of scientific documents,but also brings about new difficulties to archives work.Taking the above into consideration,I think that the reform of electronic file management is imperative with regard to the features,present situation,filing and protection of the files.
