摘要
随着计算机技术的日益成熟,办公自动化已经成为必然趋势,而其中,文件的电子化及其电子档案的管理混乱已经严重威胁着办公效率,目前对此开展理论研究尚不多见。文章就电子文件的特性、电子文件的归档及管理等相关问题等进行了初步探讨。
Along with the increasing application of computer technique, office automation has already becomean inevitable trend, but among them, the confusion of eleetronical treatment of documents and the management of electronic records and archives is threatening to handle official business efficiency seriously. Currently the studies of carrying out theory to this are still not much. The characteristic property, filing, management and the related of electronic documents were preliminarily discussed in this paper.
