高地温引水隧洞混凝土支护结构性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对高地温条件下的深埋长隧洞中混凝土支护结构性能问题,通过回归分析法研究温度模型和粉煤灰模型对混凝土强度的影响,结合不同温度养护条件下混凝土单轴压缩试验、抗拉试验得到不同强度规律的研究。试验结果表明,不考虑温度因素前提下,水泥含量、水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰4个因素中,粉煤灰成为混凝土强度形成的主要作用。混凝土单轴压缩试验,45℃~95℃的高温养护范围可以促进混凝土强度的增长;达到115℃时,混凝土强度明显低于标准养护条件下混凝土强度值。该试验结果准确,可为实际高地温隧洞中混凝土衬砌性能的研究提供借鉴。 Aiming at high temperature under the conditions of deep buried long tunnel concrete supporting structure performance problems,study the temperature model of fly ash and the model for the influence of concrete strength by regression analysis method,combined with different temperature curing conditions of concrete uniaxial compression test,tensile test to different strength studied. Experimental results show that: Considering the temperature factors of cement content under the premise,water cement ratio,sand ratio,fly ash 4 factors,fly ash has become the main function of concrete strength formation. Concrete uniaxial compression test,the curing temperature is 45 ℃ ~ 95 ℃range can promote the growing of strength,reached 115 degrees,the concrete strength of concrete decreased and under standard curing conditions. The test results are accurate,can provide reference for the study of the actual performance of high temperature concrete lining in tunnel.
