摘要
以某前壳注塑成型的浇注系统优化为例,介绍了计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件在模具开发中的作用,通过Moldflow软件设计了3种塑件浇注系统进胶方案并进行比较分析,经综合比较,最终选取方案3作为进胶方案进行塑件成型。经实际生产验证,采用方案3成型的模具结构合理可靠,注塑的塑件质量良好,表明基于CAE技术的模具浇注系统优化方案是切实可行的,具有较大的应用参考价值。
Taking the optimization of pouring system for injection moulding of a front shell as an example,the role of computer aided engineering(CAE) software in the development of moulds was introduced.Through Moldflow software,three kinds of gluing schemes for the pouring system of plastic parts were designed and compared.After comprehensive comparison,the final scheme 3 was selected as the rubber feeding scheme for plastic parts forming.The actual production proves that the structure of the mould formed by scheme 3 is reasonable and reliable,and the quality of the injection parts is good.It shows that the optimization scheme of the injection system based on CAE technology is feasible and has great application reference value.
