摘要
通过对现有国家标准、行业标准中有关合成树脂及塑料专业标准的调研,对标准水平进行分析,找出存在的问题和差距,并对专业领域的未来发展进行前瞻性研究,明确发展思路。在上述工作的基础上,按照《标准体系表编制原则和要求》、《国民经济行业分类》构建了石化塑料树脂标准化体系框架,以该框架的层次结构为基础,构建了《石化塑料树脂产品标准体系表》,并对体系完善提出了建议。
Through investigating the current national standards and industry standards,analyzing the standard quality for synthetic resins and plastics,the problems and gaps was identified.This paper also studied the future development in this field and specified the developing ideas;put forward the standard items which need to be revised.On the basis of the above work,in accordance with the ' standard system principles and requirements for preparing' and 'National Economic Industry Classification',a frame structure was constructed for petrochemical plastics and resin standardized system,on the base of the structure,' product standard system for petrochemical plastics and resin' was constructed,and the recommendations was suggested for the system improvement.
