摘要
通过顶空-气相色谱法分离出食品接触用塑料制品中的丙烯腈,分别用内标法和外标法进行定量分析,并进行方法学验证比较。两种方法的线性范围均为0.05~0.80μg,线性相关系数均在0.998以上,检出限与定量限均分别为0.1与0.2 mg/kg。内标法加标回收率为60%~110%,相对标准偏差小于2%;外标法加标回收率为60%~94%,相对标准偏差小于2%。顶空-气相色谱内标法、外标法同时测定7种食品接触用塑料制品中丙烯腈残留量,经t检验结果无显著性差异,说明内标法与外标法可灵活应用于食品接触用塑料制品中丙烯腈残留量的测定。
Acrylonitrile in plastic products for food contact was separated by headspace-gas chromatography,and the internal standard method and external standard method were used for quantitative analysis,respectively,and methodologi cal verification and comparison were carried out.The linear range of the two methods was 0.05~0.80μg,the linear corre lation coefficient was above 0.998,and the detection limit and quantification limit were 0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg,respec tively.The recovery rate of the internal standard method was 60%~110%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.The recovery rate of the external standard method was 60%~94%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.Simultaneous determinations of acrylonitrile residues in 7 plastic products for food contact were carried out by headspace-gas chromatography internal standard method and external standard method.The results of t test showed no significant difference,indicating that the internal standard method and the external standard method could be flexibly ap plied to determine the residual acrylonitrile in plastic products for food contact.
