摘要 本文探讨了英国教师职前培养、入职培训和在职进修的一体化及其基本特征 ,以期对我国当前建立教师职前培养、入职辅导和职后培训一体化的师资培养体系提供参考与借鉴。 This paper discusses the Integration of Teacher's pre-service, inducing and In-service Training in UK and Its Characteristics. Author hopes to set an example for Integration of Teacher's pre-service, inducing and In-service Training in China.
