摘要
为了对抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的性能进行研究,文中基于沥青路面车辙成因分析和抗车辙剂的作用原理,分别对70号基质沥青和SBS改性石油沥青进行改性,通过对比试验,对常规沥青混合料和抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的水稳定性、低温抗裂性和高温稳定性进行分析,并在实际工程中进行应用验证。结果表明,抗车辙剂能明显提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,且能较好增强混合料低温抗裂性能,工程应用效果良好。
In order to study the performance of anti-rutting agent modified asphalt mixture,No.70 matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is modified respectively based on the analysis of rutting causes and the mechanism of anti-rutting agent.And through the contrast test,the water stability,low temperature crack resistance and the high temperature stability of conventional asphalt mixture and antirutting agent modified asphalt mixtureis analyzed.Furthermore,it is verified by being used in the practical engineering.The result shows that,the anti-rutting agent could obviously improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixtures,and enhance the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture slightly.And good effect is achieved in the engineering application.
