摘要
文章以西安某研究院研制生产的LD抗车辙剂为基础,研究了0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%五种不同掺量LD抗车辙剂的AC-16型沥青混合料的高温性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳性能以及疲劳性能。通过实验对比发现:掺加适量LD抗车辙剂的沥青混合料其各项性能提高明显,尤其是疲劳性能比规范值要求提高80%,结果表明:LD抗车辙剂掺入量为沥青混合料的0.6%左右时,可有效提升AC-16沥青混合料的高、低温性能及疲劳性能。
Based on the LD anti rutting agent developed and produced by a certain research institute in Xi’an, this paper studies the high temperature performance, low temperature anti cracking performance, water stability performance and fatigue performance of AC-16 asphalt mixture with 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% LD anti rutting agent. The experimental results show that the performance of Ac-16 asphalt mixture with LD anti-rutting agent was improved obviously. The fatigue performance was 80% higher than the standard value. The results show that When the content of LD anti rutting agent is about 0.6% of asphalt mixture, it can effectively improve the high and low temperature performance and fatigue performance of AC-16 asphalt mixture.
