摘要
目的观察参麦注射液联合西医治疗对尘肺病患者肺部纤维化相关血清指标及抗氧化能力的影响情况。方法将78例患者随机分为对照组39例和治疗组39例,对照组进行常规西医治疗,治疗组则进行参麦注射液联合西医治疗,然后将两组患者的治疗总有效率,治疗前和治疗后1周、2周、3周及4周的肺部纤维化相关血清指标及抗氧化能力血清指标进行比较。结果治疗组中不同分期患者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后1周、2周、3周及4周的肺部纤维化相关血清指标Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基末端前肽(PⅠCP)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及纤维粘连蛋白(FN)均低于对照组,抗氧化能力血清指标总抗氧化能力(TAC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)及晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)也均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合西医治疗对尘肺病患者肺部纤维化相关血清指标及抗氧化能力的影响更为积极,因此对于此类患者的疾病应用价值相对更高。
Objective To observe the impacts of the combined therapy of shenmai injection and western medicine on the pulmonary fibrosis related serum indexes and antioxidant capacity in the patients of pneumoconiosis. Methods Seventy- eight patients were randomized into a control group( 39 cases) and a treatment group( 39 cases). In the control group,the routine western medicine was used. In the treatment group,the combined therapy of shenmai injection and western medicine was applied. The total effective rate in the two groups and the pulmonary fibrosis related serum indexes and antioxidant capacity were compared before treatment and in 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The total effective rates of the patients at different stages in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05). The levels of pulmonary fibrosis related serum indexes,such as PIIIP,CIV,PICP,LN,TGF- β1 and FN in the treatment were all lower than those in the control group in 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatments. The levels of antioxidant capacity indexes,such as TAC,CAT,MDA and AOPP in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The combined therapy of shenmai injection and western medicine plays more active impacts on pneumoconiosis in the patients and presents relatively higher value in the treatment.
