摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合汉防己甲素治疗尘肺病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年7月—2017年3月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的尘肺病患者86例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予汉防己甲素治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能指标、血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.0%(40/43),明显高于对照组的65.1%(28/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者第一秒用力呼气量,第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分率和呼吸峰流速明显高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,IgG和TNF-α水平明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合汉防己甲素治疗尘肺病的疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,降低IgG和TNF-α的水平。
OBJECTIVE : To probe into the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with tetrandrine in treatment of pneumoconiosis. METHODS : 86 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted into the General Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from Jul. 2014 to Mar. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 43 cases in each. The control group was treated with tetrandrine, while the observation group was given budesonide based on the control group. Clinical efficacy, pulmonary function indices, levels of serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group (93.0%, 40/43) was significantly higher than that of the control group (65. 1%, 28/43 ), with statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; after treatment, the forced expiratory volume in first second ( FEV~ ), percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second to forced vital capacity( FEV1/FEV) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) of observation group were significantly higher than those of before treatment and those of the control group, the IgG and TNF-oL levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of before treatment and those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of budesonide combined with tetrandrine in treatment of pneumoconiosis is remarkable, which can significantly improve patients' pulmonary function, reduce I2G and TNF-α levels.
