摘要
目的探索癃闭舒胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效,为中西医结合防治前列腺增生提供依据。方法 92例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各46例,两组采用坦索罗辛缓释片治疗,治疗组加癃闭舒胶囊,两组患者均药物治疗3个月后进行临床疗效评价,并分别在治疗前、治疗1个月和治疗3个月,进行I-PSS评分、中医证候积分、QOL积分评估。结果对照组患者总有效率为67.39%,治疗组患者总有效率为82.61,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后I-PSS、中医证候积分、QOL积分均降低,其中对照组治疗3个月和治疗组治疗1个月、3个月I-PSS、中医证候积分、QOL积分降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者在治疗3个月I-PSS、中医证候积分、QOL积分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癃闭舒胶囊联合坦索罗辛可明显改善良性前列腺增生患者I-PSS评分、中医证候积分、QOL积分,临床疗效确切。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with the combined medication of longbishu capsules and tamsulosin so as to provide the evidence for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods Ninety- two patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,46 cases in each one.Tamsulosin sustained release tablets were used in the two groups. In the treatment group,longbishu capsules were added. After 3- month medication,the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. I- PSS score,TCM pattern score and QOL score were collected before treatment and in 1 and 3 months of treatment separately. Results The total effective rate was 67. 39% in the control group and was 82. 61% in the treatment group. The result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). As compared with those before treatment,I- PSS score,TCM pattern score and QOL score were all reduced after treatment in the two groups. The results after 3- month treatment in the control group and those after 1 and 3- month treatment in the treatment group were all different significantly as compared with those before treatment( P <0. 05). Compared with the control group,I- PSS score,TCM pattern score and QOL score were lower significantly than those in the treatment group after 3- month treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combined medication of longbishu capsules and tamsulosin obviously improves in I- PSS score,TCM pattern score and QOL score in the patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The clinical efficacy is definite.
