摘要
本文以黄山市新安江流域水资源为研究对象,对流域的水资源管理现状进行分析,指出存在的水利设施不完善、用水效率低、水质水环境形势严峻、管理体制不顺等问题,并提出相关对策和建议。
In the paper,Xin'an River Basin water resources of Huangshan is adopted as research object for analyzing the current situation of water resources management in the river basin. It is pointed out that the river basin has problems of imperfect water resources facilities,low water consumption efficiency,grim water quality and water environment situation,unsmooth management system,etc. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
