摘要
概述了UNIFORMAT Ⅱ编码体系的发展和分类方法,对UNIFORMAT Ⅱ编码体系进行调整,设计出BIM构件分类及构建编码体系,得到BIM的构件分类及构件编码的思路并确定编码设计的原则;以项目管理为例,从项目设计规划阶段、构件生产制造阶段、项目施工阶段以及项目运营阶段等方面出发,将笔者提出的基于UNIFORMAT Ⅱ编码体系用于BIM技术,为规范装配式建筑构件分类及BIM程序设计提供理论基础。
This paper introduces the development and structure of UNIFORM AT II coding system,puts forw ard the w ay to adjust NUIFORM AT II coding system in order to get the BIM model's construction of classification and component code by summarizing the previous studies and then determines the coding principle. The paper studies the role of BIM w ith coding w hich is based on UNIFORM ATII in each phase of prefabricated building life cycle management,in terms of the project planning phase,component manufacturing,project construction phase,project operation stages,etc. They provide the theoretical basis for regulating prefabricated building component classification of assembly type building component classification and BIM program design.
