摘要 首先对BIM技术的具体内容进行介绍,并从装配式住宅项目的不同阶段与环节对BIM技术的具体应用路径进行分析。结果表明:BIM技术在装配式住宅项目管理中的应用能够实现对整个工程项目全寿命周期管理效率的提升,因此,加强BIM技术的应用是现阶段我国装配式住宅项目的重要发展趋势。 In order to explore the application of BIM technology in the life-cycle project management of prefabricated residence,the specific content of BIM technology was introduced at first,and then the specific application methods of BIM technology were analyzed from different stages of a prefabricated residential project. The results showthat BIM technology has a wide range of applications in the life-cycle of prefabricated residential projects,and it can effectively improve the management efficiency of the project and productivity. Therefore, strengthening the application of BIM technology is an important development trend of prefabricated residential projects at this stage.
