摘要
为探索东北三省建筑业经济增长的主要驱动力,以东北三省建筑业产出为切入点,运用偏离-份额法进行定量分析,对东北三省建筑业结构和区域效应进行分析,得出东北三省建筑业增长主要获益于国民经济快速发展,建筑业区域竞争力不强,建筑业各行业内部结构有待优化的结论。提出东北三省为促进建筑业稳定和良性发展,应从总量优势向效益优势转变;根据自身特点,适当调整建筑业内部结构;剖析自身发展的不足,因地制宜制定适合本地区发展的计划和措施。
In order to explore the main driving force of economic grow th of construction industry in the three provinces in Northeast China,w e take the construction industry output as the breakthrough point to quantitatively analyze the structure effect and the district effect of the three provinces in Northeast China w ith the Shift-Share M ethod analysis. According to the analysis,w e conclude the economic grow th of construction industry in the three provinces in Northeast China mainly benefits from the rapid development of the national economy,competitiveness of construction industry area is not strong enough,and the internal structure of the construction industry needs optimization. In order to promote the stable and healthy development of construction industry,w e propose that the three Northeast provinces need to change from quantity advantage to benefit advantage,adjust the construction industry structure according to their characteristics,adjust the construction industry structure and suit their measures to local conditions on the basis of analyzing the defects of their development.
