摘要
大庆市产业结构的优化与升级是大庆市资源型城市转型的核心问题。以大庆市产业结构发展变化趋势为研究对象,以全省为参照,利用偏离—份额分析法,从区位因素、结构性因素和竞争性因素三个角度,动态评价2004-2008年大庆市产业结构的发展状况。从而得出,大庆市产业结构高级化进程滞后、服务业增速缓慢的结论。并在此基础上,提出优化大庆市产业结构的对策。
How to optimize and upgrade the insustrial structue of Daqing City is the core problem for the transformation of resource - based cities of Daqing City. Based on the development tendency of Daqing industrical structure,according to the Heilongjiang province,from the geographical factors, the structure factors and the competitive factors three perspectives ,this paper has dynamic evaluated the development of industrical structure of Daqing. The conclusion is made that the high -level of industrial structure lag. Services grow slowly. On this basis , combined with practical, the paper puts forwatd contermeasures that how to optimize the industrial structure of Daqing.
