摘要 齿轮渗碳淬火后的变形较难控制,常因变形超差造成报废。通过对齿轮渗碳淬火变形形式和影响原因的分析,以及齿轮热处理变形机理分析,研究了齿轮渗碳淬火的工艺过程控制、装炉方式及齿轮变形量,据此提出了控制变形的有效措施。 The deformation of gear after carburizing and quenching is difficult to control.Scrapping is often caused by excess deformation.Based on the analysis of deformation form and influence reason of gear carburizing and quenching,and the analysis of deformation mechanism of gear heat treatment,the process control,charging mode and gear deformation of gear carburizing quenching were studied.The effective measures to control the deformation were proposed.
