摘要
介绍了国内大型铝合金挤压在线淬火装备的现状及存在的问题,并根据传热学相关理论和现场试验,提出了新的多功能在线淬火系统。该系统将风、水雾、水喷淋、驻波淬火集成于一体,覆盖挤压在线淬火所有的冷却强度区间,解决了目前大型挤压在线淬火装备存在的功能不全、冷却能力存在盲区、最大冷却能力不足及淬火变形等问题,并实现首根产品正常淬火,大大提高了产品淬火性能和成品率。
The current situation and existing problems of large domestic online quenching equipment were introduced and a new multi-functional on-line quenching system is put forward according to heat transfer theory and on-site experimental data. The wind,water mist, water spray and standing wave quenching are integrated in the new multi-functional on-line quenching system, which can cover the all quenching cooling intensity range in the extrusion production and solve the problems of incomplete function, such as blind area of cooling capacity, insufficient maximum cooling capacity and quenching deformation of large extrusion on-line quenching equipment. And the fully quenching of the first product comes true. The quenching performance and rate of finished products have greatly been improved.
