304不锈钢板材淬火过程数值模拟和实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用AVL Fire软件中的欧拉多流体模型,对不锈钢304板材的浸没式淬火冷却特性进行了数值模拟,并将数值结果和实验结果进行了对比分析。研究中淬火介质采用水,采用数值模拟求解了淬火工质气液两相的质量、动量和能量方程,以及不锈钢工件淬火导热方程。其中,基于淬火工质和工件界面热流密度相等的原则,耦合求解淬火工质和工件温度场。数值模拟和实验结果的对比表明,工件温度数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,该模型能可靠预测工件淬火过程,并可以扩展到复杂系统中的多相流模拟,指导实际生产。 The cooling characteristics of immersion quenching of 304 stainless steel sheet were numerically simulated by using the Eulerian multi-fluid model in AVL Fire software.The numerical results were compared with the experimental results.The quenching medium used in the study was water.The mass,momentum and energy equations of the gas,liquid two phases of quenching medium and the heat conduction equation of quenched stainless steel workpiece were solved numerically.Based on the principle of equal heat flux between quenched working fluid and workpiece interface,the quenching medium and workpiece temperature fields were solved by coupling.The comparison between numerical simulation and experimental results shows that,the numerical simulation results of workpiece temperature are in good agreement with the experimental data.The model can predict the quenching process of workpiece reliably,and can be extended to the simulation of multiphase flow in complex system,which can guide the actual production.
