摘要
为解决传热系统效率低、沙层垂直温度分布不均匀问题,对具有不同加热方式的传热系统温度场进行实验与数值模拟,得出有效的能使沙体层垂直温度分布均匀的方式。设计了多种实验平台优化方案;采取多孔介质导热方程、DO辐射模型及标准k-ε湍流模型,创建3维热物理模型,将传热系统中的气固耦合问题通过有限体积方法进行了计算,对系统的温度场分布情况在不一样的边界条件基础下进行数值模拟,同时也对实验结果进行比较。通过研究得知了自然对流-多向加热明显的提高了系统的传热效率,使沙体层垂直温度分布均匀化,以及强迫对流对多向加热的系统温度变化没有明显影响。
To solve theproblems,including low efficiency of heat transfer system and sand of uneven vertical temperature distribution,experiments and numerical simulations of temperature field of heat transfer system with different heating methods were conducted,and the effective method for sand of uniform vertical temperature distribution was obtained.Design a variety of experimental platform optimization schemes ;adopt heat conduction equation of porous media,the DO radiation model and standard k-ε turbulence model;and establish a three-dimensional thermal physical model.Gas solid coupling problem of heat transfer system was calculated with finite volume method.Under different boundary conditions,the temperature field distribution of the system is simulated,and compared with the experimental data.The results showed that the Natural Convection-Multi Direction Heating improved the heating efficiency of the system,the uniformity of the vertical temperature distribution of sand layer,and Forced Convection had no obvious effect on system temperature changes of multi direction Heating.
