某汽车水泵壳体压铸工艺设计及优化 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析某型汽车水泵壳体的结构特点,对其压铸工艺进行了设计。利用Flow-3D软件模拟了铸件的充型过程,准确显示了卷气缺陷的分布情况。对其工艺进行了改进(改变溢流槽位置及尺寸),对改进后的工艺进行了数值模拟。结果显示,缺陷明显减少,卷气出现在溢流槽内。 The die casting process of an automobile pump housing was designed by analyzing its structural characteristics.The mold-filling process was simulated by Flow-3D software,and the distribution of entrained air was shown accurately.The process was improved by changing the position and size of overflow grooves.The improved process was numerically simulated.The results show that the defects obviously reduce,and the entrained air appears in the overflow groove.
